By booking with Courtney’s Character Corner, you agree to the following policies:

Full payment is required before the performer begins. If payment is not received, the performer will not start and may leave.

All refunds must be reviewed and approved by the owner, Courtney Ashman, and approval is not guaranteed. Cancellations made 7 or more days before a scheduled private party may receive a refund minus any non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event may receive a 50% refund or booking credit at the owner’s discretion. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event, no-shows, and tickets for public events are non-refundable. If an event is canceled by Courtney’s Character Corner due to weather, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, a refund or credit will be issued. Approved credits must be used within 6 months and are non-transferable.

Photos and videos taken during your event may be used for advertising and promotional purposes (social media, website, flyers, etc.). If you do not want photos shared, you must notify us in writing before your event.

You agree to leave one honest public review (Google, Facebook, or the platform we request) within 72 hours after your event.

Our performers’ safety comes first. A performer may end the appearance immediately if they feel unsafe, including (but not limited to) being: groped or inappropriately touched hit, kicked, grabbed, or pulled harassed, threatened, or verbally abused If a performer leaves due to unsafe behavior, no refunds will be given.

The booking adult is responsible for maintaining a safe environment and ensuring children are supervised and respectful at all times.​​​​
